Shipping Policy

Everything at HouseHarmoni is made to order, which means each piece is created just for you after your order comes in, never pulled off a shelf. Shipping is always free.

Cookie cutters, stamps, cake toppers, and place cards are handmade in our own studio and ship within about 2 business days, then arrive within a few days depending on where you are.

Pillows, apparel, and phone cases are made to order by our printing partners. These take a little longer, usually a few days to about a week to produce before they ship. Custom-shaped pillows take the longest and can take around two weeks to arrive.

Because everything is made to order, the production time comes first and cannot be rushed. Once your item is made, faster shipping options are available at checkout if you need it to arrive quickly. If you need something by a specific date, please reach out before you order and we will tell you honestly whether it can make it in time. We would rather be upfront than let you down.
